Our Crew

Christian, husband, father of 7, leader in Murphy Brothers. 15+ years of experience in General Construction, specializing in Finish Carpentry. Usually running multiple projects, splitting time between running a crew and helping the company operate effectively. In his free time, he enjoys finishing his house, taking dominion of his property with his family, and enjoying the good life God gives. 

Fifth born in the Murphy family. Married with three kids. Over nine years of construction experience. Leads a crew for the company. Specializes in framing, drywall, masonry, exterior finish, and more. Also currently studying for a B.A. in Bible at Whitfield College, hoping to work in the ministry in the future. 

Five years' experience, occasional project managing, also has experience with mechanics and restores classic trucks as a hobby. Jackson is often nominated as the crawl space specialist because the others don’t fit! 

Fellow churchgoer and friend of the Murphy family's. He has four years experience in residential construction and renovation, specializing in electrical, finish carpentry, tiling, cabinetry, and general finish work. He has an Associates Degree in electrical technology from Virginia Highlands Community College. In his spare time he practices martial arts and designs/scratch-builds models of houses, among other interests. 

With 10 years of electrical experience, an active master electrician's licence,  associates in electrical technology, and the tools to boot, Viktor is a well established resident electrician.  Strong as an ox and twice as handsome.

30 years old, married, with four children. Four years of experience in construction, of which one year with the Murphy Bros. And I am happy, good coworkers. 

Husband, father of two, and jack of all trades. Josiah hails from the Rockies and has a Bachelor’s in Human Biology, pursuing both an MBA and MSN.  He spends his time blasting The Beatles, piecing puzzles, and tending turtles. 

Three years with the Murphy Brothers. Good at work on ladders, crawl spaces, and anywhere the bigger guys can't go. Especially good at framing, drywall, siding, roofing, and more. Adamant supporter of the snack bar. 

For the last few years, I've been doing bits of construction with my friends and brothers. I mostly carry and clean things. As of mid June 2024, I've been working once a week, so long as they don't squeeze me in to a crawl space. 

Timothy has been working part-time for Murphy Brothers for over a year and is learning the trade. When off work he does school, and enjoys stop motion, lock-picking, football, and solving Rubik’s cubes. 

Samuel has been working part-time for Murphy Brothers for almost a year. He enjoys large scale projects, like framing and roofing, and he wants to lean more of this trade.
